Access to paid features requires a current subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as automated communications, document analysis, and maintenance triage. These features are provided as tools to assist you, not as legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for all decisions made using the Service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give advance notice of significant planned downtime.
All rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
